Note that submission of this information ONLY registers your interest in joining the League.  In order to SECURE your membership, you MUST remit your dues and at least the first half of league play.   (checks only please) to the League (once membership is opened for the season).  The date checks are received is the date upon which a position in the League will be permanently reserved for you. Only individuals who complete this online form AND remit their payment will have a position reserved in the League for the 2010 season.
