 For Prospective new members to express initial interest in becoming a Member of the 2011 Rainbow Golf League, please complete the following form and press the "Submit" button.


Note that submission of this information ONLY registers your interest in joining the League.

In order to SECURE your membership, you MUST remit your dues and at least the first half of league play.   (checks only please) to the League Director (once membership is opened for the season).  The date checks are received is the date upon which a position in the League will be permanently reserved for you. Only individuals who complete this online form AND remit their payment will have a position reserved in the League for the 2011 season.


For 2011, we currently will be filling a Friday night league.
